This year, the roleplaying clubs of Melbourne and Monash Universities have combined to present four freeforms, twelve roleplaying tournaments, and numerous special events, such as {CheapAss} games demo and a Tiny Teddies wargame, all crammed into 3 days.
Each tournament is a single session sceanrio, run in 2½ hour sessions. Each session is scheduled to start 3 hours apart, with breaks for food at lunch and dinner. Sessions start at 9 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. There are two sessions on Friday, four on Saturday, and three on Sunday, although not all games run all sessions. See the enclosed entry form for more details, or check the UniCon website.
This year, there is a 15 minute limit on late starts to sessions. Your GM will wait for you for 15 minutes past the official start time for the session. If you are going to be late, then someone from your team must inform the GM of your situation; otherwise, the GM may declare the session cancelled. Similarly, if your GM does not turn up within that 15 minutes, or provide some indication of a revised starting time, you may claim your session was cancelled.
The tournaments are listed in alphabetical order, tabletop games, then freeforms and then the UniCon special events. Each blurb lists the team size and the game system used (more or less) as well as the authors and tournament ratings.
