Under the guise of an inept Uni student doing the 5th year of a 3 year course, Tim is in charge of (in fact he constitutes) Overt Operations, Section 6 of MURP, the unofficial committee enforcement group. The fact that no-one has asked him to do anything yet is probably due to their fear of the random acts of ruthless violence which are sure to follow (At least this is what he would like to think...). Since he has never before written anything for a con the amount of padding out in this bio is immense. However, it is worth mentioning that he has decided to try and write something a little different from the usual Deadlands fare...
